What FlipRadar does FlipRadar is a mobile app that helps users estimate the market value of products and the potential profitability of a purchase or resale. The app uses photos and information provided by the user and may process them with server-side AI and analysis tools. 2. Estimates, not guarantees Results shown in the app are indicative estimates only. They are not a professional appraisal, financial advice, purchase recommendation, authenticity certificate or guarantee of sale price, profit, demand, condition or legality. The final decision to buy, sell or keep a product is always yours. 3. User responsibility Before buying or selling, check the product condition, completeness, model, authenticity, serial numbers, damage, accessories, local market demand, shipping costs, fees, taxes and whether the product can be legally sold. FlipRadar is not responsible for losses caused by decisions made on the basis of an estimated result. 4. Photos and user content Upload only photos and information that you have the right to use. Do not upload illegal content, private documents, sensitive personal data, payment cards, IDs, faces of people without a reason, or content that violates the rights of others. By starting an analysis, you allow FlipRadar to process the uploaded content in order to provide the service, improve reliability, prevent abuse and handle support requests. 5. Account, credits and payments Some functions may require an account and credits. One credit usually equals one product check, unless the app states otherwise. Paid credit packages are added only after payment confirmation. When Google Play Billing or another approved payment system is enabled, payments, refunds and purchase restoration will follow the rules of that payment provider and applicable law. Attempting to bypass credits, create fake accounts, manipulate devices or automate abusive usage is prohibited. 6. Live Radar and saved scans Live Radar can detect and save product candidates. Saved scans are only a tool for later review. They do not mean that a product has been valued or verified until you start a valuation or profitability analysis. 7. Prohibited use You may not use FlipRadar for fraud, illegal goods, stolen goods, weapons, dangerous products, counterfeit trade, privacy violations, harassment, malware, scraping, reverse engineering, automated abuse, attempts to overload the server or any activity that violates law or these terms. 8. Availability and changes FlipRadar may be updated, changed, limited or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network problems, third-party services, AI availability or security reasons. We may improve the app and change features, packages or prices for future purchases. 9. Blocking and termination We may block access to the app, account, device or selected features if we detect abuse, suspicious activity, payment fraud, attacks on the service or a violation of these terms. You may request account and data deletion according to the Data deletion rules. 10. Liability To the maximum extent allowed by law, FlipRadar and HANDELSHAGE AS are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, missed resale opportunities, incorrect purchase decisions, third-party listings, market changes, unavailable services or inaccurate AI estimates. 11. Governing law and contact The operator is based in Norway. These terms should be interpreted in accordance with applicable Norwegian law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you stronger rights. Contact: support@flipradar.handelshage.no.
