What data we process FlipRadar may process: email address and login data if you create an account; device identifier used for credits, security and anti-abuse; product photos uploaded for analysis; product candidates and saved Live Radar scans; analysis results, history and favorites; credit balance, package status and purchase information after payments are enabled; technical data such as IP address, app version, device/network information, error logs and server logs; Play Integrity or similar security signals if enabled. 2. Photos and analysis Photos are sent to the FlipRadar server only when you start a valuation, profitability analysis or related function. They may be processed by server-side AI and analysis tools to estimate product category, value, risk, resale potential and suggested action. Avoid uploading photos containing faces, private documents, payment cards or other sensitive personal data. 3. Why we use data We use data to provide the app, create and secure accounts, perform analyses, save history and Live Radar scans, manage credits and payments, prevent abuse and fraud, fix errors, respond to support requests, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations. 4. Legal bases Where GDPR/EEA rules apply, processing may be based on performance of a contract, your request or consent, legitimate interest in security and service improvement, and legal obligations such as accounting, tax, fraud prevention or consumer rights. 5. Sharing and processors We do not sell user data. Data may be processed by hosting providers, server infrastructure, AI/analysis providers, Google Play services such as Billing and Play Integrity, payment processors, email/support tools and technical service providers, only as needed to operate the app, secure it, process purchases or comply with law. 6. International processing Some providers may process data outside Norway or the EEA. When this happens, we aim to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law. 7. Retention Account data, analysis history, saved scans and photos may be stored while the account or relevant feature is active. You can request deletion. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention. Payment, refund, tax or accounting records may be kept for the period required by law or payment-provider obligations. Backups may retain deleted data for a limited technical period before automatic overwrite. 8. Your rights You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. You can also request account and data deletion in the app or by email. You may have the right to complain to a data protection authority, including the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. 9. Children and sensitive data FlipRadar is not intended for children or for uploading sensitive personal data. If you believe such data was uploaded by mistake, contact us. 10. Security and changes We use technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no online service can guarantee full security.
