Data deletion rules — FlipRadar

1. How to request deletion
You can request deletion in the app from Account → Delete account and data, if this option is available for your account. You can also send a request to support@flipradar.handelshage.no. Include your account email and, if possible, analysis ID or device ID shown in the app.
2. What can be deleted
Deletion may include account data, email/login data, analysis history, product photos stored on the server, saved Live Radar scans, favorites, credit/account data that is not required for accounting or fraud prevention, and device-linked app data.
3. Guest users
If you used FlipRadar as a guest, some data may be linked to a device identifier rather than an email address. In that case, include the device ID from the app settings or an analysis ID so we can find the relevant data.
4. What may remain
Some data may be kept when required for accounting, tax, legal claims, chargebacks, refunds, security, fraud prevention or payment-provider obligations. We may also keep anonymous or aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
5. Processing time
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to verify the request. Backup copies may be overwritten later during normal backup rotation.
6. Effect of deletion
Account deletion is usually irreversible. You may lose credits, saved scans, history, favorites and access to previous analyses. Removing the app from the phone does not always delete data already sent to the server.
